2) LEGAL BASIS AND PROCESSING PURPOSES

The e-mail address you provide can be used to send you any relevant booking number/purchase receipt/invoice, for administrative management and reminders. Of course, it is your responsibility to ensure that the e-mail address in our possession is correct (and preferred). The data processor for the Data Controller is Register S.p.A., with its registered office in Viale della Giovine Italia 17, Florence, Italy ('Register.it’), VAT No. 04628270482.

The Data Processor processes data provided by the Data Controller on instruction and guarantees that the persons authorised to process personal data have signed a confidentiality agreement or comply with an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality.

Furthermore, the processor assists the Data Controller with appropriate technical and organisational measures, in order to comply with the Data Controller’s obligation to process requests in accordance with the rights of the data subjects.

5) PROCESSING SITE
