If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 10 of these Genaral conditions of online sales, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), you may do so in one of the following ways:
To proceed with a return, log in to your account and access your personal area:
Within your personal area, select "Order History and Details":
Select the order containing the product you wish to return, then click "Details":
Once you are in the order details page, scroll down to the "Products" section and select the product you wish to return, indicating the quantity if more than one item is being returned:
You may enter the reason for the return in the designated field.
Finally, click the "Request a return" button.
After submitting your request, you can monitor its status by clicking "Merchandise Returns"
When the return status changes from "Waiting for confirmation" to "Waiting for package", a Returns form will be generated. You can then print the slip and proceed with shipping the product.
The Returns form, containing the relevant reference details, must be placed inside the parcel.The product must be returned in its original packaging to the following address:Servetto S.r.l.Via Brughetti, 3220813 Bovisio Masciago (MB), ItalyThe return shipment must be sent within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal.Please note that the costs of returning the product are borne by the purchaser.Once the parcel has been received, the condition of the product will be assessed and the refund will be processed.The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
