Compliance status

The service is partially compliant with the applicable accessibility requirements of Legislative Decree 82/2022. EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021), based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA, was used as the technical reference. The assessments also take WCAG 2.2 into account as an evolving reference.

EN 301 549 V4.1.1, published in 2026 and aligned with WCAG 2.2, is not yet the harmonised reference cited in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Non-accessible content

a) Non-compliance with accessibility requirements

Full compliance with the following WCAG criteria is not yet ensured in the sample analysed:

•  1.3.1 – Info and Relationships - Semantic relationships are incomplete in some filters, option groups and checkout components.
•  2.1.1 – Keyboard - Some non-native controls or interactive patterns still require correction or complete keyboard testing.
•  2.4.2 – Page Titled - The checkout steps still use a generic page title.
•  2.4.4 – Link Purpose - Some cart actions are not sufficiently contextualised when taken out of their visual context.
•  2.4.6 – Headings and Labels - Some labels and calls to action do not yet describe the action performed clearly enough.
•  3.1.2 – Language of Parts - Some accessible labels in English are still present in the Italian interface.
•  3.3.1 – Error Identification - Some checkout error messages require more robust and perceivable handling.
•  3.3.2 – Labels or Instructions - The newsletter and promotional-code fields require a correct programmatic association between label and field.
•  4.1.2 – Name, Role, Value - Some ARIA components require corrections to their name, role, state or relationships.
•  4.1.3 – Status Messages - Some dynamic cart and checkout updates may not be announced to screen readers.

As of the date of this declaration, no exclusion due to disproportionate burden is invoked.

c) Content outside the service provider’s control

No specific exclusions relating to third-party content or components are currently declared. Any integrated external services are included in monitoring insofar as applicable and technically verifiable.
